Terms and Conditions:

A. Contest is Open to the Public, Prizes are limited to United States Residents:

1. The Design Competition is open to all Logo Blog readers and visitors who are eighteen (18) years or older and All designers, professional or amateur, are invited to participate. However, to avoid potential noncompliance with all worldwide laws, the award of the following prizes will be limited to United States Residents (Excluding FL, NY, RI, and AZ):

If a Non-United States Resident submits a design and is one of the top three (3) winners, he or she will be listed as the winner on our website, and design will be featured on our website, however, NO PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED. Prizes will be awarded to the top three (3) United States Residents finalists.  

3. IF NONE OR LESS THAN THREE (3) OF THE TOP TEN (10) DESIGNS COME FROM UNITED STATES RESIDENTS EITHER NO PRIZES OR SOME OF THE PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED. 

B. Entry:  All entries must be submitted to www.LogoBlog.org via the Internet and meet the following requirements: 

1. Entries must contain the words “Logo Blog”
2. Participants may submit multiple logo designs up to three concepts during the entry period from March 20, 2009 to April 10, 2009 ending at 11:59 p.m. EST. 
3. All entries must be made via the Internet in Adobe Illustrator or EPS format
4. Entries must be under 5 MB in size.
5. Participant All logo designs must be original. Each Entrant represents that each Entry Design is: (a) original; (b) does not incorporate or include any material that would require the consent of any third party; and (c) does not violate any copyright, trademark, or publicity right of any third party. All winners will be required to sign a release confirming their design is original and releasing Logo Blog from any potential future claim.  

C. Selection Process:	

1. Top ten (10) final designs will be selected by Logo Blog Staff and announced on April 21, 2009. All decisions by the Logo Blog Staff are final.   

2. Only one (1) design per participant will be selected for the top ten (10) designs. 

3. Logo Blog reserves the right to refuse entry of any design for any reason.   	

4. The top ten (10) designs will be posted and open to voting by the general readership via an online poll from April 13 - April 20, 2009 ending 11:59 p.m. EST. Voting will be limited to one vote per person. Logo Blog reserves the right to track, validate, and monitor voting to ensure fairness with voting procedures.

4. The winning design will be announced on (10) days of notification of winning and a release assigning any and all current and future interest the Winners may have in their winning design to Logo Blog.  
  

D. Other General Rules:  

1. All Participants acknowledge and agree that the winning designs and all rights and ownership associated with the designs are the property of LogoBlog.org and will be used as the logo on its website and Logo Blog and Participants will receive no form of compensation from Logo Blog for the use of their design. 

2. Logo Blog reserves the right to not use any of the submitted contest logos and to adjust or modify the winning logo.  

3. There is no purchase necessary to enter or to win, nor is there any cost to register. 
4. The Participant is deemed to be the holder of the established email account associated with the entry. If the email does not work, the entry is damaged, corrupt of contains any virus the Participant will be disqualified.
5. By submitting the entry, Participant is warranting that the Participant’s design is entirely original and has not been previously published, assigned or used in any other way  whatsoever. 
6. By submitting the entry, Participant is granting to LogoBlog.org the right to use the logo/design for our purposes and gives us the right to trademark this logo/design. 
7. By submitting the entry, Participant agrees and hereby releases LogoBlog.org and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, officers and directors from any and all liability or responsibility arising in connection with Participant’s participation in the contest, design or as to any prize(s) which may be awarded. 
8. LogoBlog.org.org.org assumes no responsibility for entries unable to be processed for any technical reason and further reserves the right to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupt or because of unauthorized human intervention. LogoBlog.org.org.org.org reserves the right in the event of such cancellation to award the prize to an eligible, non-suspect entry received prior to cancellation. 
9. Participant agrees that entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for LogoBlog.org to have the option of using the name, hometown, likeness, logo/design, and statements of both Participant in any winning photograph. Such use will be without compensation and may be for editorial, public relations, promotional or advertising purposes, or any other purpose as deemed reasonable by LogoBlog.org.org.org.org. Documentation of such permission may be requested by LogoBlog.org. and failure to provide such documentation will result in forfeiture of any winner status and/or prize. 
10.	This contest is void where prohibited by law. Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and Arizona residents are not eligible to enter. Not eligible to win the Prize.
11.	Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Participant, and appropriate tax identification information may be required prior to the awarding of any prize. 
12.	Employees of Logo Blog.org and its affiliates, parent companies and subsidiary companies, and their immediate families (parents and children) are not eligible to participate in the contest. 
13.	This contest is sponsored and promoted by: LogoBlog.org, 14 Revere Court, Princeton Junction, New Jersey, 08550
14.	The winning selection will be posted online after the close of the voting period. Winners will also be notified via email. 
15.	All participants must be eighteen (18) years or older. 

16. Non-United States Residents acknowledge that that only “prize” they are qualified to receive as part of this competition is the prestige and distinction of having their design and name featured on our website. No prize substitution is available.  
16. Any Participant who does not agree with the above terms and conditions should not enter this contest. 
17. Logo Blog reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes at any time and substitute another promotion in its place.
18. All taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
19. Prizes are listed as follows: 1st place eligible vote getter will receive Apple Macbook 2.GHz 13 inch white laptop Retail Value $999.00, 2ed place vote getter will receive 8GB Apple  IPod Touch $229.00 value, 3rd place, 4th Place, and 5th Place, will receive a $50.00 ITunes Gift Card
