I have had a real bad experience with this company. I have requested a refund and they will not provide it. You should be cautioned that once you accept your first set of images you ARE STUCK. Even if you do not like any of the concepts . After that point you are not allowed to get a refund. They will hound you even if they don\'t get it right. I personally have been at them for 3 months. The person who was communicating to the designer had no clue. We had a ton of revisions to even get to an acceptable concept. Then my account manager left the company. Oh course the company has claimed it was my fault for not communicating correctly, I should of explored several other options. Since it is an international company and over the internet it appears I will be out 595.00 dollars. Oh it appears that I got upcharged as well. I would not recommend that you use a company outside the US because apparently you will have no recourse if you are dissatisfied with the service. Rudy Higgins
