Has to be the worst company I have dealt with. I have launched several products in the past and had logos created by other internet firms. Never have I had such an experience. DON\'T Do BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS! THEY ARE COMPLETE LIARS AND YOU CAN\'T GET A REFUND!! You get nothing but the runaround and their designs are horrible! Complete FRAUD!

I paid the logo loft to do my logo, stationary and website, it took them 2 weeks to make a generic logo when they said it would take 3 days and they never did my website though they charged me for everything in a package and now they wont issue a refund so i am out a 1000 dollars, have no logo, no website and no stationary. I have tried speaking with them several times as i am getting the run around and no one wants to help me from their company. I have always spoken with them nicely and never over stepped any boundries which is also why i am not sure why they just wont issue me the refund i am due. I have since disputed with my credit card and am still waiting for weeks now to hear from the "supervisor" who is never around to accept my phone calls.

zero stars!!!! what a scam! i paid over 400 dollars for a logo, then 4 days after i was supposed to get it, i get an email telling me that it will be more more money because i wanted "a graphic" on my logo and developing that it would be 75 buck extra an hour. can you believe this? all the logos on their site have graphics. i asked for my money back and this morning i got an email confirming the transaction. avoid these people.

I wish I had known about this site sooner. I was in a hurry to have a logo done right away and chose The Logo Loft since they appeared at the top of the page. I figured, for $99 I had nothing to lose... well, when you think about all the time and effort you put into trying to get a straight answer out of horribly inept, dishonest people... well, that was a hard spent $99 after all.

Logoloft is a terrible company. The quality of the logos were bad. My 6 grade daughter could have done a better job. When I said I wanted my money back they said no. These guys are a RIP OFF!

I would give the 0 Stars accross the board. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their work is horrible and they will not answer e-mails about a refund. They offer a 100% guarantee they do not honor. I have been e-mailing Jennifer Miller for weeks and get no response from her. I tried calling 50 times and get nothing but e-mail. I spent $1000 on the startet package. I can't get my business going until I receive a refund an have a logo designed by another firm. I have to dispute the fee through my credit card company.

Requested money back per their Terms of Service. After 4 days, they are still not returning my emails (violating their stated 2 - 3 day policy). Logos were horrible, customer service worst. I am disputing my charge on my card, and filing to the BBB.

I have had nothing but a good experience with The Logo Loft, I personally have dealt with the customer service manager Jennifer Miller and she has seen my account all the way through 100% correct!! Way to go Logo Loft!! I honestly feel sorry fo rhe rest of you who have had these experiences.

Do not use this company. These guys are terrible... They shouldn't be in business. They took weeks to produce any designs. Once I finally got the designs...it totally sucked(my 6th grader could have done a better job) and they refused to give me a refund. So, I said fine...send the business cards. Guess what? They sent business cards with typos!

I'd give no stars if I could, here is my experience... I paid the The Logo Loft for their Bronze Package which promised four logo concepts in three business days. Filled out a form to describe what I was looking for in my logo. Five business days later I received two logo concepts, instead of four. The two I did receive were not even close to the design I had asked for (vintage, elegant, and classy). Instead one looked like it belonged on packaging for children's toys and the other was a futuristic, sleek logo. I contacted the company, they said they had trouble uploading the other two, which I thought was just a load of crap, but at least they could have let me know. Their communication is ZERO. The rep promised they'd be there that evening. 3 business days later, still only two logo concepts and no communication from the company. This isn't hard people. At this point I request a refund. I talk to a rep that asks me if I'd like to go ahead and request NEW concepts, and informs me this would make me ineligible for a future refund. I tell the rep I am absolutely NOT asking for new concepts, as the original four were never provided in the first place. They tell me they will cancel my order. It takes me another week to get a response from anyone that my money will be refunded. In all, two weeks wasted with The Logo Loft before I received my refund. In the meantime, my wife drew up a logo for the company that looked better than anything The Logo Loft had managed to produce. You get what you pay for. I recommend you shop somewhere else for your logo needs. Bottom line: nice website, terrible designs, communication, and customer service.

This is a big buyer beware. These guys are nothing more than scam artists. I waited two weeks for a logo that looked like my 3 year old made it with finger paints. I'm not sure what those logos are in their portfolio...but dont expect anything like that. Terrible service as well...they really dont seem to care about the customer whatsoever. Stay away!
